About

For over 40 years, we’ve looked after a diverse, vibrant community with trusted, family-focused medical care.
GP and Me is the next chapter of Three Kings Family Medical Centre, proudly caring for Tāmaki Makaurau since 1983. That foundation is something we hold onto.

What we've built is something better - a modern general practice clinic, a fresh way of working, and a team genuinely invested in the people they care for. We hold firm to the values that have always mattered: knowing our patients, continuity of care, sound clinical judgement, and doing right by people and whānau.

Because we're independent, every decision is made with patients at the centre, not a head office. That same culture shapes how we work together as a team. When clinicians feel respected and supported, it flows directly into the care we provide. At GP and Me, that's not an aspiration - it's how we operate.

GP and Me Core Values

People First
Patients and staff matter equally. We prioritise relationships, listening, and truly understanding each person.
Clinical Excellence
Thoughtful, high-quality care built on sound clinical judgement, experience, and continuous learning.
Continuity & Connection
We value long-term relationships with patients and whānau, knowing that trust and familiarity improve outcomes.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Great care comes from great teams. When our staff are well supported, patients benefit.
Innovation with Heart
Modern facilities, technology, and expanded services are used to enhance care without losing our personal touch.
Integrity & Doing Right
We strive to always do right by patients and whānau, guided by ethical practice

Teaching & Our Team

GP and Me is an accredited teaching practice, and we're proud of it.

Training the next generation of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and medical students is something we take seriously. Better-trained clinicians mean better care for everyone in Aotearoa, and we think that starts right here in the community.

Our GP Registrars and Nurse Practitioners are NZ-qualified and specialise in general practice. They work closely alongside our experienced clinical team.

You may occasionally be asked if a medical student can observe your consultation. It's always your choice. Participation is optional, supervised, and only ever with your consent. Your comfort and privacy come first.

Teaching keeps our practice thoughtful, current, and genuinely connected to the people we care for.
