To enrol, you’ll need:

Your personal details

A form of photo ID

Proof of eligibility for publicly funded healthcare (NZ passport, birth certificate or residency visa longer than 2 years)

Once submitted, our team will review your enrolment and confirm when it’s complete. If you need help or prefer to enrol in person, our reception team is happy to assist.

To make managing your health easier, GP and Me offers MyIndici, a safe and simple online portal for your health care.
